Fees

We offer value-based fee arrangements including hourly, flat fee, and, where appropriate, contingency.

In personal injury cases, we charge no more than 25% of the net recovery instead of 33⅓% of the gross recovery.

We provide alternate dispute resolution services on an hourly or flat fee basis.
